Samegai Tonyaba is a facility that ran a business offering the provision of laborers and horses and the reshipment of luggage to daimyo feudal lords and government officials passing through it in the Edo period (1603 to 1868). It has been preserved in its complete form. This makes it rare for Japan, so it is an extremely precious building.
