Imajyuyashiki Noh Museum
The Imaju Yashiki Nobukan is a museum of Noh which was originally a warehouse reformed from a traditional sake brewery.
Some shrines in Nagahama have Noh masks and costumes made in Kamakura or Muromachi period, and Nagahama Hachimangu shrine even has a traditional Noh stage built in 1778.
This museum exhibits such costumes, musical instruments, and masks that Nagahama people have in order to raise awareness of Noh. They also offer trial classes of Noh singing, dance, or mask making.
