Kohoku Mizudori Station is located inside a water bird park that is visited by a variety of wild birds throughout the year. Facilities include a restaurant where you can sample local cuisine and the retail of local specialty items. The sunset over the lake, a magical sight that can be seen from the Station, has been selected as one of the top 100 sunsets in Japan.
