Mt. Ibuki has been known as a treasure trove of medicinal herbs since ancient times. This is a complex facility under the theme of medicinal herbs making use of Mt. Ibuki in the background in its design. In addition to medicinal herb baths and a medicinal herb garden, there is a public hall, health center, cultural hall and indoor sports ground here.
